Prenatal yoga is for all pregnant bodies no matter where you are in your pregnancy. Research suggests that yoga during pregnancy can reduce stress, increase strength and flexibility that can aid in child birth, protect the individual from injury, and improve sleep. Prenatal Yoga classes also provide a safe space for mothers to connect with other mothers in their community and receive more social support during a very isolating time of life for some people.
