Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yoga practice that uses breath, movement, chanting and meditation to bring awareness, wisdom, discipline, and strength to the mind, body and spirit. In class, you will combine powerful breathing techniques with movement and that will bring energy to the nervous system and glandular system, helping you become elevated and aware. This class is more fast pace and physical than the meditation class and is focused on getting the body and mind energized. Life can get hard, and Kundalini Yoga will teach you how to move through life with grace. Class is 60 minutes and open to all levels.
