Kundalini Meditation

Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yoga practice that uses breath, movement, chanting and meditation to bring awareness, wisdom, discipline, and strength to the mind, body and spirit. In class, you will gently move with breath to warm up the body and then focus on meditation and breathing techniques to elevate yet calm the mind. This class is focused more on the meditations and breath work of yoga and great for those looking to start a meditation practice or elevate one they may already have. Class is 60 minutes and open to all levels. Classes are FREE through the 21st Century CCLC Adult Education Grant. Classes held at The Shop
