Kundalini Yoga is an ancient yoga practice that focuses more on the breath, meditation, and chanting aspects of yoga. You combine movement with breathing to activate your sense of awareness. All levels welcome. Class is taught by Grace Prior. Located in a large beautiful 50 ft yurt with plenty of room to social distance with good air circulation. Mats and props are available. Classes are free and donations appreciated to maintain the space
